Welcome to the Mercedes mirror showcase, here you can
browse products for different
Mercedes models. The full featured mirror includes auto
dimming, Homelink and a integrated compass. Normal processing time is
1-2 weeks, depending upon the number of current mirrors
queued for build.
NOTE: A
basic assumption made is that your vehicle has a
sunroof. The switched 12 volt power needed for
these auto dimming mirrors is pulled from the sunroof
switch in the headliner. If you do not have a
sunroof or you own a convertible, you may
not have a switched 12 volt power source readily
available in the map light area. Please be aware
that additional wiring may be necessary in these
scenarios. This situation is not covered in the
installation guide.
IMPORTANT: Homelink only operates on the
frequencies of 286-399 MHz (FCC restricts several bands
between 322 and 335 MHz). If your outside of the
USA, make sure your garage door/gate system operates
within these frequencies. 420-433 MHz systems are
not compatible with these Homelink mirrors. Also,
if your garage door uses the Security+ 2.0 radio system
(e.g. Liftmaster 8360/8550 etc.) you will need to
purchase a Homelink Repeater kit that will convert the
310 MHz Security+ to 315 MHz Security+ 2.0. Then
my Homelink mirrors can be used to control your garage
door. I do not sell the repeater kits, but they
can be purchased from the resellers link below.

Mercedes W124/W201 Auto
Dim With Homelink & Compass - Model 2M-1
This is the
260e/300e/400e/500e & 190e mirror. The
mounting bracket for both the W124 & W201 are the
same. Wiring is internal to the
mirror/bracket and replicates the OEM look of the
original non-auto dimming mirror.
Compass illumination is amber and dims when the
mirror dims. The compass can not be turned
off.
This mirror has Homelink and can control three
garage doors/gates. See Homelink notes at
the top of the page.
Mercedes W124/W201 Auto
Dimming with Compass - Model 2M-2
This is the
260e/300e/400e/500e & 190e mirror. The
mounting bracket for both the W124 & W201 are the
same. Wiring is internal to the
mirror/bracket and replicates the OEM look of the
original non-auto dimming mirror.
Compass illumination is amber and dims when the
mirror dims. The compass can not be turned
off.

Auto Dim on/off Mirror with Homelink - Model
2M-3
This is the
260e/300e/400e/500e & 190e mirror. The
mounting bracket for both the W124 & W201 are the
same. Wiring is internal to the
mirror/bracket and replicates the OEM look of the
original non-auto dimming mirror.
This is a auto dimming mirror with Homelink
only. The Homelink buttons are on the
front of the mirror and this mirror has buttons
to turn the auto dimming function on or off.
Mercedes W124/W201
Auto Dim Only Mirror w/on-off button - Model
2M-4
This is the
260e/300e/400e/500e & 190e mirror. The
mounting bracket for both the W124 & W201 are the
same. Wiring is internal to the
mirror/bracket and replicates the OEM look of the
original non-auto dimming mirror.
This is a "no frills" model. It only has
auto dimming, no compass or Homelink. This
mirror also includes a button to turn the auto
dimming function on or off. The green
light indicates auto dimming is turned on.
Mercedes W124/W201
Auto Dim Mirror w/on-off & Compass - Model 2M-5
This is the
260e/300e/400e/500e & 190e mirror. The
mounting bracket for both the W124 & W201 are the
same. Wiring is internal to the
mirror/bracket and replicates the OEM look of the
original non-auto dimming mirror.
This mirror has auto dimming and an amber
colored compass (no Homelink). This mirror
also includes a button to turn the compass on/off
or the compass
on/off or any combination of the two functions.
The green light indicates auto dimming is turned
on.
Mercedes W124/W201
Auto Dim Only Mirror - Model 2M-6
This is the
260e/300e/400e/500e & 190e mirror. The
mounting bracket for both the W124 & W201 are the
same. Wiring is internal to the
mirror/bracket and replicates the OEM look of the
original non-auto dimming mirror.
This is a "no frills" model. It only has
auto dimming, no compass or Homelink. This
mirror does not come with a on/off switch for
the auto dimming feature.
Mercedes W126 Auto Dim
Mirror With Homelink & Compass - Model 2M-7
This is the W126
chassis mirror. The mounting bracket is
specific for the W126 chassis. Wiring is
internal to the mirror/bracket and replicates the
OEM look of the original non-auto dimming
mirror.
Compass illumination is amber and
dims when the mirror dims. The compass can
not be turned off.
This mirror has Homelink and can control three
garage doors/gates. See Homelink notes at

Mercedes W123/R107
Auto Dim with Homelink & Compass - Model 2M-8
This is the
200-300CD/560SL mirror. The mounting
bracket
is specific for the W123/R107 chassis, but it
may of been used on other models. Wiring
is internal to the mirror/bracket and replicates
the OEM look of the original non-auto dimming
mirror.
This mirror shape is a little
different than what is used in the R107, it is
thinner and longer. R107 owners have not
reported any visibility issues with this design.
Compass illumination is amber and dims when the
mirror dims. The compass can not be turned
off.
This mirror has Homelink and can control three
garage doors/gates. See Homelink notes at

Mercedes W124
Cabriolet Auto Dimming with Homelink only -
Model 2M-9
This is the
W124 Cabriolet mirror (1993-1995). The
mounting bracket is specific for the cabriolet
only. Wiring is
internal to the mirror/bracket and replicates the
OEM look of the original non-auto dimming
mirror.
This conversion requires your
original cabriolet mirror (or just the bracket) be sent to
us for use
in the upgrade.
These are available in Parchment, Grey and
Black. Colors can be mixed also. Some
donor parts have amber LED's for console
illumination. The LED is a factory item and it turns on/off with the
ignition. Not all mirrors have this LED.
There is no compass available on this design,
only auto dimming and Homelink.
Mercedes W126 Auto Dimming with
Compass only -
Model 2M-10
This is the W126
chassis mirror. The mounting bracket is
specific for the W126 chassis. Wiring is
internal to the mirror/bracket and replicates the
OEM look of the original non-auto dimming
mirror.
Compass illumination is amber and
dims when the mirror dims. The compass can
not be turned off.
This mirror doe NOT come with Homelink.
Homelink W126 mirror is model 2M-7
Mercedes W116 Auto Dimming with
Compass & Homelink -
Model 2M-11
This is the
1973-80 W116
chassis mirror. The mounting bracket is
specific for the W116 chassis. Wiring is
internal to the mirror/bracket and replicates the
OEM look of the original non-auto dimming
mirror.
This mirror is intended for W116 vehicles that
originally came with a black rubberized mounting
bracket.
Compass illumination is amber and
dims when the mirror dims. The compass can
not be turned off.
This mirror has Homelink and can control three garage doors/gates.

Mercedes Homelink
Accessory Lighting Package - Model 2M-Homelink
With this
accessory lighting kit, you can use your extra
Homelink buttons to turn on/off lights or other
small accessories in your home or garage.
The kit consists of a master home controller,
vehicle interface and lamp module. The
lamp module accepts a two prong plug (not three)
and is not intended for halogen or fluorescent

BMW 1995 M5 Auto Dim
Mirror With Homelink & Compass (E34) - Custom
order
This was a
custom order for a 1995 M5. This vehicle
did not have a auto dimming mirror originally,
so I modified one of our mirrors to use the OE
BMW bracket.
The original mirror had
a alarm receiver inside of it (see last picture)
and under normal conditions, we would of
installed this inside of the new mirror.
In this case, the alarm receiver would not fit
because of the Homelink controls, so it was
relocated outside of the mirror and mounted in
the headliner.

W124/W201 Auto Dim Mirror With Homelink -
Reference only
This was a
optional item you could purchase through your
dealer. It was an auto dimming only
mirror. As you can see from the pictures,
this OE mirror design changed over time.
We do not sell these and they are extremely
difficult to find used. As for buying them
new, they are no longer available through
Mercedes.
Mercedes W124 Auto
Dimming with on/off and map lights -
Discontinued
This was a
prototype built to test the viability of this
particular mirror style. Since it requires
parts from several mirrors to build, it isn't a
viable product at this time.
It has a integrated on/off for the auto dimming
function. It also has a pair of map lights
on the bottom. Each map light has its own
integrated on/off button.
The bracket is specific for the W124/W201 chassis.
Wiring is internal to the mirror/stalk and
replicates the OEM look of the original non-auto
dimming mirror.
Mercedes W124/W201
Auto Dim Mirror With Homelink - Discontinued
This is the W124/W201
mirror. This design utilizes a factory
Mercedes auto dimming mirror. The
bracket mounting location is on the top, which
requires additional trimming of the original
W124/W201 bracket to get a proper fit.
Wiring is internal to the mirror/stalk.
This was a early design which has been
discontinued due to the availability of mirrors
that have a rear bracket mounting location.
We still use this mirror for W124 cabriolet
conversions. Contact us for more
information.

Three Homelink buttons allow control of multiple
garage door/gate systems.
This mirror also
includes a alarm LED on the bottom of the
mirror. It can be integrated into your factory
security system or aftermarket security system
This is a discontinued model and is no longer
